What it will do
- Levels with class sizes and waitlists
- Term-based enrolment with make-up sessions
- Instructor assignment and class rolls
- Families enrol and pay themselves, in one step
- Progression into a squad — a graduating swimmer walks straight onto the squad roster rather than being re-registered from scratch
That last one is why lessons belong in the same system as the club. Most clubs run their swim school as a separate business with a separate list, and then re-type every graduating child.
What to do this season
Run lessons the way you do now. Add learn-to-swim families to SwimWin as households if you want one contact list — they will get the club site, the family portal and the gate, just not a class roll.
