Ten minutes, once, and then the club mostly runs itself at you.
1. Join
Your club's site has a Join form. Fill in the adults, the swimmers, and how to reach you. You do not need an account first — the form takes the details and the club takes it from there. See Joining a club.
You will get a receipt on screen and an email. Submitting twice does not create two families; the second one is recognised as the same submission.
2. Wait for the club, briefly
A human at the club reads your registration and either approves it, puts you on the waitlist, or comes back with a question. You will hear either way.
3. Sign in
Once you are approved you get an invitation. Set a password, and from then on one login covers your whole family. See Signing in.
Use your club's own web address. Every club has its own — yourclub.swim.win
or the club's own domain. A SwimWin login belongs to one club, so signing in
somewhere else will not get you into yours.
4. Sign the waivers
Your family home shows anything waiting for your name. Signing is typing your full legal name — it is the same as signing the paper version and it is recorded against you. A child cannot sign for themselves and a caregiver cannot sign for a child. See Signing waivers.
5. Look at your family home
Eight cards, one screen: who is in the water today, what you owe, what needs signing, what is on this week, and your family's details for the gate — member number, guest passes left, and whether everyone is clear to swim.
Green means nothing is needed. Yellow means something needs doing. Red means somebody will be stopped at the gate. There is no fourth colour. See Your family home.
What is not ready yet
Paying online is not built yet — you can see what you owe, and you pay the club the way you do now. See Dues, balances and receipts.
