What it will do
- Membership — how many families, how many swimmers, joined and lost
- Attendance — participation over a season, by squad
- Money — outstanding balances, collected, reconciliation
- Plain output a board can read without explanation
What you can get today
Quite a lot, if you are prepared to read a screen:
- Dues — account balances and per-account statements
- Roster — who is in the club
- Registrations and Waitlist — the funnel
- Audit — who did what, and every override still in force
The audit screen is genuinely worth reading monthly even without a report wrapper: it is what answers "why did that family get in all season".
What to do this season
Read the numbers off the screens and put them in whatever your board already uses.
