Coming soon
Meet entries are not built yet.
What it will do
- Build entries from the roster rather than from three sources the night before
- Collect the entry fees with them
- Entry deadlines attached to the meet on the calendar
- Export in the format your meet software wants
SwimWin does not time or score a meet. It holds the roster the entries come from and the money that comes with them; the stopwatch stays where it is.
The rules are already written
The eligibility model already treats meet entry as its own action with its own severity, and it is stricter than the gate on purpose:
| At the gate | At meet entry | |
|---|---|---|
| Balance past due | Yellow | Red |
| Season ended | Yellow | Red |
Entry fees are remitted and non-refundable. A club that enters a swimmer on an overdue account cannot get that money back, which is why the same fact is a shrug at 5:45am and a refusal here.
What to do this season
Build entries the way you do now. Use the roster as the source of truth for names, dates of birth and squads rather than a separate spreadsheet — that is the part that is wrong most often.
