The team store is not built. Today it is a spreadsheet and money in somebody's personal account, and SwimWin does not yet replace that.
What it will do
- Sizes and variants, so an order is a size and not a guess
- Per-item order deadlines, so the supplier run actually closes
- Pre-order windows for a bulk run
- Fundraiser items alongside regular gear
- One payout to the club, not to a volunteer's personal account
- One pick-list for whoever hands the boxes out at the carnival
Because it sits on the same roster, an order is attached to a family that already exists — no re-typed names, and the money lands in the same ledger as the dues.
The gate already knows about it
The eligibility model already treats a store checkout as an action with its own rules: a household over its credit limit is fine at the gate and blocked at the store. The rule exists ahead of the screen, so when the store lands it will not need new policy.
What to do this season
Run gear the way you do now, but keep the money out of a personal account — that is the part that causes a problem at the AGM, not the spreadsheet.
